Physical activity and why it is important in my life

Sitting by myself on a day of early September 2011 I drastically changed my life. One event that at the time had made my life feel miserable, would change everything and make me who I am today. I was overweight but not drastically, I was lazy but still went to work every day and now I felt lonely for the first time in two years. What had occurred was that I had fallen in love at an early age and had not thought about anything else in life but to one day marry a girl that I was dating since high school. I had lost that ambition to one day become an attorney and do something big in my life. I had lost the motivation of working out and eating healthy. This in turn affected my hormones and made me a very lazy person. But on that day of September the girl who I thought loved me lied and had left me for her ex boyfriend. I don't blame her though at least not now that I reflect on how it changed my life all for the better. To relieve the stress and frustration I began to go to the gym. That same day I went to the gym and got myself a three year pass. Slowly I began to get a hold of my past habits by staying physically fit and then I began eating healthy. Soon I began to think more positive and started school again. I went in hard trying to catch up for wasted, or better yet humbling time. I took 13 credit hours in one semester while working full time and also hitting the gym 5 times a week. I realized how much physical activity helps to motivate and even relieve stress. It simply makes life easier and overall motivated me to get a better job, get back in school, buy my first house at 19, pay off most of my debt and overall made me a better person
